For appetizers, may we suggest our Vietnamese Egg Rolls that you wrap in lettuce and mint, or the more traditional cold Summer Rolls with Peanut Sauce.   Our "Cay" ("spicy" in Vietnamese) Wings, or our Pan Fried Dumplings with a frozen mug of Chang beer are most unforgetable.    The Jalepeno Cream Cheese Puffs and the Shrimp Toast are also two very popular items with our customers.
